Our Special Touch We've created this space to be a unique vacation environment. We love living in this area and really take great pleasure in sharing it with others. We've incorporated special features we believe will make this your most memorable...and enjoyable vacation rental experience. Because this is the wine country, we know most guests will be doing some wine tasting. We decided the best way to appreciate the amazing wines you'll find in the area would be in the finest glasses, each designed to best show the specific varietal charactistics. Tasting from Reidel glassware is considered to be the best way to experience fine wines. Many people are able to taste the difference between wine poured into a Reidel glass versus any standard wine glass. We think you'll enjoy the experience. We also will provide point-to-point directions to any winery or other place you wish to visit while you're staying here. Ask when you make your reservation, or let us know while you're here and we'll prepare them for you. 
We grow a variety of fruits on this property and have a summer vegetable
garden. We make these fruits and vegetables available
to you fresh for the picking. Also available are a large selection of fresh herbs.
Our goal has been to make this home a pleasure to return to after a day of adventure in the wine country. Although there are many exceptional local restaurants, we know from experience that it can be nice to relax at your home base for occasional breakfasts, lunches or snacks. And if you enjoy cooking, you may even prefer to enjoy dinner in, rather than out. We've equipped the kitchen to accomodate meal preparation for people who enjoy cooking. Be sure to check the amenities list for the items marked with an asterisk. These are items we make available to any of our guests upon request. Let us know prior to or after you've arrived and we'll provide them for your stay. This rental makes a perfect place for a romantic rendezvous with it's large Jacuzzi tub, elegant kitchen/dining area, the many candles provided with the sparkling wine you picked up while out tasting (or brought along for just this occasion). To accompany the romantically decorated bedroom, we will make you welcome with fresh flowers when you arrive. Also among the special features we include high-speed internet access so you can pick up your email if needed, but also so you can research places you may want to visit. We will also provide a laptop computer for you to use at the home on request or you can bring your own wifi laptop. You will find all the information about the home itself as well as many suggestions about local establishments you may want to visit in our helpful book. Our suggestions are broadly categorized by price and distance and include some information about their features or services. We would also be happy to provide recommended itineraries and any additional information you require. With advance notice, we can also reserve tickets on your behalf for any local events. |
